Returns, Exchanges, and Lost or Damaged Products

Choosing yarn colors online can sometimes be difficult, we understand this. Listed below is our general returns policy.

Buyer's Remorse: In the event that you are simply unhappy with your product, we will accept returns of non-custom orders and will issue refunds for the cost of the product only. Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs. If you would like to return a product, you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of the product at returns@cameoyarns.com. Please provide your name, item, and order number. You will be responsible for shipping the return item(s) back to us within 30 days from the date you received the product. If the product is shipped back after this time period, any return agreement will be voided. All returns items must be in their original, unused condition. If the product is returned damaged, defective, or otherwise in unsellable condition, no refund will be issued. Refunds will not be issued if we are not contacted before product is returned.

Defective Product: If you find your product to be defective, please contact us right away (within 10 days) at returns@cameoyarns.com. Please include your name, order number, and photos of the defect. Please do not destroy the defective product before communicating with us. We may need the product returned. We are happy to exchange like-for-like on defective products, or issue a refund or a Cameo Yarns gift card. Refunds will not be issued if we are not contacted before product is returned.

General Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges as this time.

Shipping Issues: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is the correct address for your shipment. We are not responsible items lost or damaged in shipping. We make every effort to ensure that your item(s) is sufficiently packaged for safe shipment. We will make reasonable effort to track down your product if it has not arrived in a reasonable amount time. In the event that your item shows delivered but has not delivered, please contact your local USPS Post Office or appropriate international carrier.
